Ci chiamiamo Katia Rizzo e Gennaro Rivetti.
Abitiamo in un piccolo paese delle colline Riminesi.

La nostra passione per i Golden risale alla fine degli anni '80 per Gennaro,  quando durante una vacanza vide giocare un grosso cagnone su una spiaggetta dell'isola d'Elba.   
Al suo ritorno a casa ebbe subito inizio la ricerca di notizie su quel meraviglioso cane appartenente ad una razza fino a quel momento mai vista. Era appunto un Golden Retriever.

A farmeli conoscere invece, fu propio Gennaro alcuni anni dopo. E nel '94 arrivò il nostro primo Golden "Jamboree Questions" detto Jimmy.
Dopo aver atteso tanti anni non ci sembrava vero vivere finalmente con un bel maschio di Golden Retriever, Jimmy aveva (ed ha tutt'ora) tutte le caratterische della razza che ci avevano tanto affascinato, così diciotto mesi dopo decidemmo di acquistargli una compagna, e così arrivò la dolcissima Francis Moonlight Serenade.
Fu con lei che iniziammo per gioco a frequentare le esposizioni di bellezza. Francis ottenne degli eccellenti risultati e così fummo stimolati ad andare avanti.
Due anni dopo l'arrivo di Francis in occasione del European dog Show conoscemmo l'allevatrice francese Marie-Noelle Terlinden e così arrivò la nostra bellissima Oriel of Glen Sheallag figlia del suo famoso pluri campione Scrabble of Glen Sheallag.

Nel frattempo abbiamo sempre cercato di selezionare al meglio. In sole due cucciolate Francis è divenuta Campionessa Riproduttrice, abbiamo selezionato da lei una giovane campionessa di San Marino e speriamo di non fermarci qui ma di proseguire su questa strada pur sapendo che è irta e difficoltosa.
Nel 2002 è arrivato il riconoscimento ufficiale da parte dell'ENCI e del FCI.

Let us present ouselves.

We are Katia Rizzo and Gennaro Rivetti.
We live in Coriano a Small town on the Riminese hills.

Our passions for the goldens stretches back to the later 80's when during a holiday, Gennaro
notice a big friendly dog playing on a beatch on the Isle of Elba.
When he retourned home, he started to search for this wonderfull dog belonging to a breed he had never seen before.

It was a Golden Retriever.

Gennaro introduced me to this wonder a few years later. In the 1994 our first Golden entered our family, "Jamboree Questions" or Jimmy for friends.
As we had waited many years it didn'tseem true to us wer finally living with our first Golden Retriever.
Jimmy had all the caracteristics of the breed that had fascinated us.
18 months later, we decided to buy him a friend and the sweetest Francis Moonlightr Serenade arrived. It was with Francis that we decided to start showing even thought as a game. Francis gained exellent results right from the beginnining and we therefore decided to continue.

two years later during the European Championship Show, we met the Franch breeder Marie Noelle Terlinden and thus the arrival of Oriel of Glen Sheallag, doughter of Mrs Terlinden's famous pluri champion Scrabble of Glen Sheallag.

In the meantime we have alweys tried to select to the best. In only two litters Francis became champion ..... , we chose from her litter a young San Marino champion and we hope not stop here but to continue in our step knowing that we will surely encounter difficulties on our way.
